    Love this spot! Has a very cute outdoor area and the service is amazing.

    We went for dinner on a Friday night in December. A reservation was easy to get on open table. They are known for their cocktails. My family tried the Church Key and a tequila watermelon concoction. Both were excellent. We also tried the meatloaf, steak, double baked potato, heirloom tomato salad and creamed corn. Everything was excellent! The meatloaf, steak, and twice baked potato were the stand out dishes.

    REQUESTING OWNERS Larry And Richard to READ! Along with ANY owner of ANY restaurant. Our
    $1,760.00 bill this is the care you give your customers ?
    Our family has been in the business for over 60 years, over 100 locations in New England.
    There will be absolutely NO excuses  accepted for not accommodating a party of 13 outside .
    With "weeks" of  advance notice and requests for my daughters 18th Birthday. This is the second year " she" wanted to dine at The Continental ! Despite my hesitations, given prior years of absolute zero regard for customer care, again the pattern repeats itself.   The Continental again ! refused to set up a party of 13 outside. They again placed my daughter in the back of the restaurant , in the darkest location!
    Despite my pre-arranged 30% gratuity both years and the loyalty to the restaurant , The Continental refused to set a table outside. This special event was preluded with multiple calls and advance notice directly with Management and various hostesses on multiple occasions.
    Despite the fact that  the night was "NOT" sold out in space!
    There is no policy that will be accepted ! No Excuses!
    What so ever! If I could rate a ZERO I would!
    The quality of food is a large part of ratings but honestly , if the customer regard and appreciation for the loyal customers is totally disregarded the food becomes irrelevant.
    Gone are the days of "BASIC CUSTOMER CARE & REGARD".
    This would be totally acceptable if we walked in off the street and requested a outdoor seat.
    BUT! Weeks in advance a personal request on multiple occasions and explaining the event and my daughters love for the restaurant . Don't forget, its the customers whom make your business successful and the management and ownership who will bring them back! Reputation means everything and for a family who participated in the restaurant business for over 60 years of ownership and growth of over 100 locations, NEVER  was the customer care and regard forgotten,  not with the 1st restaurant and not with the 100th!
    My daughter is too kind and gracious to post anything negative, my absolute depth of disappointment and disbelief in the level of "forgotten customer connection and regard " is what makes this post so important.
    My daughter still dined there , and we still generously gave 30% gratuity, as it isn't the servers fault for this lack  of regard.  
    My daughter is a beautiful, kind, gracious, loyal , smart
    young women. You have lost a family in your oversight and unacceptable rigidity.  Never will we pursue your business again for a special event. NOT EVER again!
    Clearly
    This sadly doesn't matter to the management  or owners.  
    The "basic lack of customer care or regard" .
    has clearly been lost in growth, lost in time, lost in awareness, Lost in lack of respect, lost in what should be the  foundation of customer service, Connection and Gratitude.
    You have given this memory to my daughter for her 18th Bday! 3rd generation Naples Community Member!

    Great outdoor bar and awesome live music! I stopped in for a drink and my husband had a banana split. Both were great!

    Service was good. The bartenders were quick to fill out drinks and water regularly. I would definitely come back. 3rd Street South in Naples is a great party spot!

    I stopped by to get a quick lunch.  I had an amazing burger!  If you like a good  burger I would definitely try it.  Also had the fried oysters . They were just ok.  Very small.  The place has outdoor seating and is very nice.  I would try it again.

    Wow!!  Excellent meal and worth every penny!!!!!! From the cocktails to our fabulous dinner!!  The filet and New York strips flavor was amazing. And the key lime pie for dessert is to die for!!!  Our server David is fabulous!!  So knowledgeable and professional. We could not have asked for a better last evening in  Naples!!  Can't wait to be back and come to the Continental.
